How to shop
Our store developers have tried hard to make this shopping experience a simple and enjoyable one. We understand your need for complete detailed information on products so that you know what you are buying but there is also a requirement for good performance> We don't want you to get bored waiting for unnecessary fancy graphics to be downloaded and clog your system. The shopping process is very simple. You find the products you are looking for using either the catalogue feature or the search option and place them in your shopping cart. When you have everything you need you can review the contents of your cart and delete items you didn't want if you made a mistake or changed your mind. Then you must tell us where you want your products to be delivered and then select a method of paying for your order. We will then process your order as quickly as possible and send you your order, usually within 2 - 3 business days depending on your shipping priority selection and product availability.. You can track the progress of your order along the way so you know exactly what the status is at any given time. It's that simple! Each order comprises one or more products that you have selected. The order is closed once you supply shipping information so each set of products selected will be shipped to the same address. If you wish to order products to be delivered to two or more different locations you must bundle products together into separate orders according to each respective shipping location. We have to do this because of tax and shipping cost implications. Your shopping options which appear (and remain) across the top of your screen throughout your visit to the store provide you with all the options to control your shopping; finding products by category or searching for specific items and manufacturers, help at each stage of the process, reviewing your shopping cart contents, reviewing orders and checkout functions and the ability to maintain your customer profile information and keep it up to date so there are no mistakes.
