Tracking Orders

When you want to track the progress of your orders you may do so by clicking on the 'Orders' option at the top of your screen. The following display shows the status of any orders that have been placed. The possible stati of orders are:

  • Payment Pending
Your order has been placed but has not been paid for. It will automatically be removed after 7 days unless payment is made as we will assume that you do not require the order.
  • Credit Review
Your order has been placed and has been paid for subject to a review of your store credit facility. If you have exceeded your current credit facility you must either pay down your balance or request an increase. It will be shipped as soon as your credit is below your limit or your increase has been approved.
  • Awaiting Approval

(corporate buyers)

Your order has been placed but exceeds your corporate transaction limit. Your order must be approved by someone in your corporate group with sufficient transaction limit authority.
  • Paid
Your order has been accepted, has been paid for or is approved on store credit. It will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Shipped
Your order has been shipped to you as of the date and time specified in the Status field.
