At Joshua Press Inc, we respect your privacy. The information we obtain from you is used solely to personalize your shopping experience and to correspond with you regarding your order. When you order products through the our store, we require your shipping address and credit card information. This information is used solely to send you your order and process your payment for your order.
Our credit card payment system has been certified by the Royal Bank of Canada, one of Canada's premier financial institutions, whose Internet Payment Gateway we use to obtain authorizations on your credit card. We use a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology which is the industry standard for secure online credit card transactions. Any personal information you supply us, including credit card numbers is encrypted (look for the small yellow padlock at the bottom of your browser screen) so nobody else can read it over the Internet.
We do not store your credit card number. Once an authorization number has been obtained for your purchase total from your credit card provider, your credit card details are deleted.
We employ several special security measures to protect your information while it is under our control.
