Orders received for in-stock items will be shipped within 4-7 business days of receipt for expedited delivery options and 2-3 business days for express delivery options. Any customized orders require 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you have requested it on your registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your order. You will also receive a second e-mail when the order has been shipped with the tracking information.

Canada Post will usually deliver your package during normal business hours. If they are unable to deliver your package after 3 attempts, they will leave a delivery slip and you will then need to pick up your package at the depot listed on the slip. Please don't forget to take the delivery slip with you to the pick-up depot.

If you are not home during the day, you may have your package delivered to your business address. In this case you may be contacted to confirm details.

We regret that we are unable to ship packages to a P.O. Box address.
