Orders received for in-stock items will be shipped within 4-7 business days of receipt. Any customized orders require 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you have requested it on your registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your order. You will also receive a second e-mail when the order has been shipped with the tracking information.

You will be notified either by e-mail or telephone if there is a problem with your order.

Your order will be delivered to you via a Canada Post service level of your choice on checkout. (See shipping policy for details)

Personal and financial information is used solely to send your order and process payment for the goods you have requested.

Details of your credit card information are not retained by us. They are deleted once authorization for the purchase amount has been received from your credit card provider (usually within two minutes).
